Our Vision

Behind Azzadi is a vision of a world in which people use their differences as an opportunity to get to know each other, learn from each other, and grow together. Too often, cultural differences are seen as the sole cause of conflict. This is unfortunate, as in most cases there is simply a lack of knowledge or appropriate tools. If, on the other hand, the right framework exists for finding each other, developing understanding and feeling understood, cultural diversity becomes a basis for development, innovation and cohesion.

Tirelessly and with passion we make our contribution to this and try to be a role model. Azzadi (Farsi for "freedom") is a young, migrant-based company from the heart of Berlin. Our core competence is transculturality - overcoming cultural barriers in favor of mutual exchange and learning from each other. In a globalized world with ever-increasing mobility and digitalization, distances and barriers are becoming less and less important. People from different cultures living and working together has long been the norm in many places, and is already emerging in others.
A diverse society can only function if everyone can live out their own freedom and experience the same level of appreciation. As a service provider, we specialize in harnessing the potential and overcoming the challenges that come with a diverse society. Our areas of operation are economic enterprises, ministries, public authorities and the civil society. We analyze, advise, develop specific solutions and implement them. We work on the basis of personal experience, scientifically founded and out of the deep conviction that cultural diversity represents the greatest possible enrichment for each individual as well as the greater whole.
